Schedule of Fees and Other Charges for the Academic Year 2007-08 (Term II) |

| A) Fees Payable at the Confirmation of the Admissions: |
|
|
1) Application Fee: A non-refundable Application Fee of Rs.500/- is payable in cash along
with the submission of the duly completed 'Application for Admission' form.
|
|
|
2) Admission Fee and Academic Fee: A non-refundable Admission Fee of Rs. 10,000/- and
Annual Academic Fee of Rs. 3,500/- are payable at the time of accepting admission by
cheque/DD in favour of BG Academy.
|
|
|
3) Security Deposit: Rs. 50,000/- payable by cheque/DD. Parents have the facility of paying
the refundable Security Deposit in five equal installments spread over the current academic
year; first installment of Rs. 10.000/- being payable at the time of accepting admission.

B) Fees Collected in 12 monthly installments during the Academic year.

| The commitment for the optional facilities will be for full term. The payment for the same will be made in month of April and October for the coming term. |

Charges for Cafeteria: The school has made arrangements
for providing vegetarian breakfast, lunch and snacks to students.
No special preferences in lunch can be catered for.
Availing the meals provided by the school's cafeteria is optional.
However, those students who opt for home breakfast should bring it
along with them in the morning; it is mandatory to bring a fruit along
. The packed lunch also can be brought in the morning or handed over to
the security by 12.30. No person (parents/ drivers/others) will be
allowed to enter the school campus for handing over lunch to students.

Charges for School Transport Service: The fee for transport services as applicable to each route will be made available in the beginning of the term. The commitment to avail the transport facility from the particular contractor shall be for the entire term.

|
|
Charges for Co-curricular Activities: The choice of individual co-curricular activity will be provided to the students. The students will be charged individually for the choice of co-curricular activity.

Charges for Uniforms: The school will provide minimum 2 sets of uniforms.
Full uniform will be supplied every year in April and for
intermediate admissions in November. The charges will be collected
on the delivery of set of uniform.

Charges for Stationery: The school will provide the text books, work books, other stationery and the art material required during the year.
Stationery will be charged at end of half yearly closing of accounts in month of September and March.

DATES AND MODE OF PAYMENT OF FEES
|
|
|
All the fees shall be paid before 7th of the month by accounts payee cheque or a demand draft for all the fees/charges) drawn in favour of "BG Academy", and payable at Pune.
|
|
|
Non-payment of fees within the due dates mentioned above will attract late fees charges Rs. 100/- per day beginning from 8th day to 30th day. The reminder will be sent then. The late fee penalty for the payment thereafter will be mentioned in the reminder note. If not acted upon BG Academy reserves the right to remove the student from the roll and school leaving certificate will bear the remark for defaulting in payments of the fees and also confiscation of Security Deposit.

The Security Deposit is refundable against damage to, or loss of, library books, laboratory equipment, computer facilities and other equipment or assets of the school. It will be refunded without interest, after adjustment of dues, if any, on completion of the child's studies. In the case of withdrawal from BG Academy the deposit will be refunded after adjustment of all dues in the month of April of next financial year. It is mandatory to give three months notice before the withdrawal of the child from BG Academy at end of the year. The fees/charges for the entire term will be paid in case of withdrawal of the child before the completion of academic year.

In addition to the fees and charges listed in this fee schedule, parents will be required to meet the expenses towards educational trips & excursions, CBSE Board examinations, remedial training and any other requirement in connection with their child's education at BG Academy.

|
|
The fee schedule given in this document is subject to change from time to time, at the discretion of the BG Academy management. The school will communicate to parents any revision in the fee structure.
|
|
|
Under no circumstances will the fees paid to the school be refunded if a student withdraws admission or communicates his / her intention not to attend the school before commencement of classes, for any reason.
|
|
|
In case of out station transfer or the case of ill health for more than a month and lesser than a year if student wishes to retain the seat in the school, must complete the payment of deposit amount and pay 40% of all the fees and charges for the period in advance. During this period child continues be the bonafide student of BG Academy. Parents are expected to collect the study schedule and the activity sheets from CEO. They are solely responsible for preparing the child for the assessment at re-joining. The Elementary Section student will be assessed for readiness before resuming the classes. The Intermidiate and the Secondary School student is expected to appear for Term Examination.
